edit: though it sounds like what they're actually saying is that because illegal votes have been mixed in with "legal" votes, that to throw out the whole group would also be throwing out "legal" votes. to which the answer is, too bad. now that you can't prove which votes are legal vs illegal, they are ALL illegal. try not cheating next time.
