Both are owned by Fox News Media which is owned by Fox Corporation. That is publicly traded (FOX). The Murdoch family are major shareholders.
(Many Fox assets, part of the old Twenty-First Century Fox company, were sold to Disney a few years ago, but Fox News and Fox Business were not.)
Neil Cavuto is horrid. So bad on election night I switched from FoxBusiness to War Room. Had never even heard of War Room until election night.
