It seems to me all the lower courts have to do is drag their feet a little bit and run out the clock. It can only get to the Supreme Court via appeals of previous court decisions.
The 'awesome evidence' would be effective in getting the public all riled up and provide great pressure on the state governments to audit the ballots and throw out the invalid ones. Then Trump wins and gets certified the normal way without requiring the Supreme Court.
