yep, this is my thought. Zero way Trump would have left it up to the courts when RGB was still in there.
My guess is they have something they are holding on to very closely, most of everything else you hear is just noise, while what they are really doing is happening behind the scenes.
I mean or we can believe that Trump knew about this for 8 months and did nothing at all about it. I mean look at all the spying Obama did to Trump before the 2016 election, Obama was using the full might of the intelligence agency's to take him down.... Trump has that same power and if used properly he has access to ALL the same things Obama did, and we didn't hear about some of that Obama shit until years later.
