There's being right and being able to prove it. Notice that General Flynn is STILL in danger of going to prison for a crime he did not commit, and Sidney hasn't been able to end his nightmare. She has to 1) actually get the case to the SC, which seems to be difficult because so many cases are being dismissed at the lower level, 2) then has to prove the case at the SC, and 3) has to WIN at the SC.
Assume John Roberts sides with the Biden side of the court, and that puts the deciding vote squarely on Neil Gorsuch.
I agree with most all of that, and that's my point. Just as Trump has had to fight everybody else to get his policies implemented, in order to win he's going to have to fight entrenched judges JUST LIKE Sullivan to get the fraudulent vote exposed and nullified. Look how effective Sullivan has been in stalling, when there's overwhelming proof out in the public sphere that Flynn is innocent. It's shocking, and yet, Flynn STILL has his life on hold.
