He probably won popular vote if you discount illegal votes, but not by such a margin as in 2020. More people were still sheep in 2016. They did not need to engage the fraud as much as they did in 2020.
2020, however, was probably 73-75m to 60-63m. I realize this puts turnout +8m or so from 2016. But I expect a much higher turnout anyhow. You've got people fueled by finally having someone fight for them, as well as people fueled by hate. But an increase of 5-7% turnout is a lot more believable than 15%+ which is what they say happened this year...
