I have half a box of buck. The guy who owns the gun stores in my area is super based. You walk into his main store and the gun store is a trump shrine. He has an entire box of Federal Premium 12 guage slugs. 50 rounds in the box. Bought them all.
Federal Premium is the best ammo in my opinion so when he brought out an entire box of then I almost nutted.
I love Federal Premium ammo. Every Sunday I go through 100 rounds of #8.

Stupid question, but is that a rug or a carpet? May I ask where you got it? I really do like it, I'm redecorating part of my office with a plush carpet for comfort so I'm looking at what other people have around.

I almost bought an AK-47, but honestly this gets the job done better IMO. Very intuitive gun to use, and you can tell it was made for Slugs. No pump action so it fires as rapidly as you can pull the trigger.
and this was not my first. I have a glock 43x as well. I just wanted a heavy firing weapon in case shit hits the fan. Soooo M4 it is!
AK-47 is an rifle I would like, but New York rifle laws are shit. You cannot have a pistol grip for example. You must fire it spur grip.

Nice! I bought a Benelli M1 Super 90 twenty odd years ago, it's lightning fast.
I've got 2 M2's and a Weatherby element that uses the same action. I can't say enough good things about them. They're fast, super reliable, light weight, and overall just stout well built guns.

Shotgun semi is a little rare, how much did this cost?
a Benelli M4 is basically a top of the line semi-auto that is subject to 922 laws (foreign import laws, it's from Italy) so it doesnt come in it's normal format (limited mag tube) and is extremely expensive. Running around 2000 usually. Where as a still extremely high quality semi-auto shotgun from a respected manufacturer is often around 700-1000, like a mossberg 930 in 18in format (shortest non-NFA barrel length) holds 7+1 by default, with a tube extension they can hold more, but it makes your gun really long and is basically just a 3-gun competition thing.
Reliable semi shotguns these days are actually quite common and cheap, but a benelli m4 is kind of the gucci tactical option.

Can you ghost load it like my m1 super 90's? That is, fill the tube, slip one in the chamber and at the same time put an extra round on the lifter.

I recommend a good quick adjust sling and practice your reload skills.
It’s a shotty so it doesn’t need a searchlight, opt for a lite weight pistol weapon light. It works great for close in work under 50yrds.

Hickok 45 has one. He uses Federal Premium ammo and they were cycling pretty well.

The only way I could get one to malfunction was to fire unsupported from the hip with target loads.
The M1/M2 is inertia driven. The M4 is gas operated.
With the M1 you can easily change springs to run very light loads (pigeon, dove, skeet) or heavy loads (pheasant, duck, goose).
With the M4 being gas op you need the extra power to cycle it. The M4 was never really designed for lighter powered shot. It is a slug and buckshot gun. And an awesome one at that!
Yeah, the Benelli M4 is a shotgun designed for combat situations, so it's gas system is tuned to operate with full length buckshot or slugs. I don't think they expect the military to be loading it with birdshot or shorty shells any time soon.

Congratulations on that beautiful M4. I've got a SBE II that I bought brand new in 06, and the thing is a beast. Runs everything without a hiccup from low dram 2.75" to the hottest 3.5". I've got nearly 4,000 rounds on it and it has only had one stoppage and that was my fault from trying to do a soft bolt close (bolt face didn't rotate and fully lock into battery).
I trust my Benelli with my life!
