There could be something going on in the background. I've heard reports that Michael R. Sherwin, Barr's right hand man, was troubled by some of what he heard from Durham's office when he contacted them while involved in the Flynn case. It wouldn't surprise me if Sherwin, now the US Attorney for DC, took over the investigation.
If this is true what really is the difference. He has been "investigating" for 4 years and brought nothing to the table. if true he is dropping the case doesn't really put us in any sort of position that we were not in yesterday. Nothing will happen until at least 1 person is arrested. If that never happens it is really up to us the USA citizens to decide what to do with our government. Everyday till Jan 20th we are getting close and closer to that reality.
