I believe if you have uBlock Origin, you can right click on the banner, and click "Block Element", and highlight the entire banner, and click "Create" on the pop-up.

I use AdGuard on my browser and manually block them as ads. I also use BlockTube (browser add-on) to manually block channels and videos coming from leftist sources, reducing the number of recommended channels that I detest.
