There are no recounts unless the result is within some tiny amount. So... Cheat like a mf'r and nobody will ever check. No post election canvasing or spot checks - wide open for cheating like mad. I am hoping that proof of fraud in MA and every other state using Dominion is on that server seized in Frankfurt.

Seriously, look at a map of how Illinois voted in 2016. Only one solid blue county (Cook, Chicago). 11 other counties that leaned blue. Rest of the state solid red or mostly red.
Cook County is unreasonably cheated in. 5 to 1 Dem? That's a bit unbelievable, and I would say the same if there were districts that were 5 to 1 republican.
