I think it would be a very rational way to run things. It is ridiculous to believe that say the entire State of New York should be run by the interests of New York City. We should do things at every level of government to minimize the power of mob rule ‘democracy’.
I would say all companies selling electronic voting equipment deserve equal scrutiny. Ballot harvesting and weak voter identity laws also play a huge role in maintining strongholds. In Harris county, Texas, the poll workers had a pile of fake ID's to use for those without proof of identity. There were similar reports in other states. It's not isolated to just Dominion/Smartmatic.
It's pretty simple. You are a legal citizen and pay in more taxes than you receive in government benefits, you get a vote. Sorry welfare, sorry illegals, and yes, sorry housewives and most of the elderly. The working class should be making decisions for the country.

Seattle, Olympia, and a couple others keep Washington blue, along with dominion, all-mail-in elections, and a total inability of people here to talk to other human beings without a formal introduction means that the only organizing that happens here is done by big tech.
For example, Atlanta, Athens, Albany, and Savannah. All blue cities in a 80% RED STATE. Good thing I'm a county guy!
They get a few strongholds and then vote fraud the counts way up there to steal elections.
