He said 37 Republican electors, but I thought I read multiple times only 26. Maybe I was seeing something else?

Whoa, whoa, wait! WAIT!! What if a state with a R majority decides that it wants to vote the way its citizens "voted" (i.e., for Biden and NOT for Trump).??? One state (Arizona?) has already (if I am correct) said that even though the legislature is majority R, they will vote to send a vote for Biden for Pres. It does not sound like the Trump path to victory can be assured by the 12th amendment because of RINOs in various state legislatures that are majority Republican. Take for example Georgia. PLEASE CORRECT me if this is not true!

My fear exactly....And why was Hillary so confident in telling Biden not to concede. Don't think they haven't already thought this through. Trump still seems confident though. I'm wondering if they don't have another card to play with foreign nations mixed into our election this time.

Personally, I think it will not go past the courts. I think there will be overwhelming evidence that the court will be able to rule on. At that point it is down to how will they rule
