I haven’t paid attention to MSM for about 6 years now. But long before that it became obvious they no longer are interested in reporting, they were interested in shining a laser pointer like were all cats and picking and choosing what we should thing the big story is.
Even before Trump it was clear they basically were telling people what to care about and what to ignore. And this isn’t only related to politics.
NPR has been my periodically go to commute NPC update source. But even that is getting trite. There has been 3 topics NPR has been discussing over the last few months:
corona virus cases. We went from 2 weeks to flatten the curve to 7 months. The talk went from deaths, to hospitalizations, to now cases, the increase in cases in certain areas. Cases mean nothing.
racism. interviews with octogenarians about racism in the 50s and how it is somehow relevant today. Racism so prevalent, that they have to go back 60 years to find it or blindly speculate modern racism without any data. Or "systemic racism" because some hierarchy isnt a perfect representation of society demographics means its racist. Systemic racism as a figurative bogey man to explain modern lack of performance in a demographic, with no data, actual racist individuals or anything.
Also actual story from a week ago: coffins were discovered in Tulsa OK, there has been no testing, research, or confirmation of any kind, but we will tell you they are black people coffins from the Tulsa massacre in 1927.
The latest thing they want to hate on Trump. "anonymous sources say", and all that. Trump's lies, Trump conceded, Trumps family wants him to concede, Trump is wrong about election fraud, and I still hear Russia collusion too, years later, even after proven false...
And then the rare triple crown: the corona virus is disproportionately affecting black people and its all Trumps fault, here is why.
Other than benign headlines or puppy stories, I generally avoid them for anything. I will use them sometimes for any possible stories that slip through the editors that could be used to support redpill for normies.
I laughed while my church was telling people the best places to buy water barrels. Then, I laughed again at the end of the Mayan calendar. And now I'm laughing at people who think strapping a cloth to their faces is the best way to avoid anyone getting sick ever.

Never understood the appeal of having content force fed to you after the internet came along. Who wants to watch that garbage when I could be learning new things or watching Tilton the farting preacher vids, or fuck off on newgrounds it's my choice damnit!

I quit msm a long time ago. The only thing I did recently was click Fox's election coverage and confirmed they're just like the rest. Don't just do it for a week, do it from now on.

TheDonald, Epoch Times and a variety of online commentaries is all I’m using now.
I've been doing that for months already. Been watching Bitchute, Brighteon and PlutoTV then using Parler and Gab. Don't need anything else, really. Perfectly happy.
