They set up a fake vaccination station and invite all passers-by.
At the vaccination station itself, they give the following leaflet:

There needs to be a more technologically minded form of Amish-like life. It's possible to be "off the grid" so to speak without having to resort to living in the 19th century. I know the Mennonites do this but even they don't take it as far as it could go.
