Who cares if he is retiring? Trump should publicly fire him. I mean real publicly, as in during a press conference. And make it very clear why he has been fired so history (I know, but some library in western OK, will have the info) will show this asshole was a traitor to his country.

Even his children and grand-children will know he was a traitor, and make him pay for his own way home.
