How he words this is interesting. Sounds like they are going after the whole election and not just individual states. I don't know if that will make it easier or harder to overturn the election but now I'm even more curious, excited, and nervous all at the same time.
There isn’t really such a thing as ‘the whole election’ there are only 51 separate elections. There are constitutional and federal laws that apply to them all equally, and then they also incorporate their own unique rules and procedures depending on the state legislatures.
