Every state has treason laws on the books, and most of them reflect the Federal laws. The only difference is that states don't all have the death penalty attached. See: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Treason_laws_in_the_United_States

But it depends on who you're being treasonous to - if it's the Federal government, the Feds will charge you. Technically you could be brought up on state charges and not Fed, and vice versa, but in most cases like this, the Fed is gonna hang you. Literally, with any hope.
