I don't necessarily disagree with you OP, but DC cops are a special kind of corrupt and evil. Swamp Police.

Lots of officers stand with Trump. Just not in DC.

Depends where you live but generally cops are just like any other group of people. Some good, some bad, some following orders because they aren't strong minded enough to disobey their superiors.

Almost all law enforcement is compromised. We need to clean house at every level.

Of all people, back in the day Jello Biafra wanted police to be elected, if I am remembering right. Something like that.

police unions endorsed Trump that had NEVER endorsed a candidate before. they're overwhelmingly with us, but yeah DC a lot of them are bad because they got hired for that.

You are no better than the left to call all police villains, DC is a known place of corruption.

I am not calling them villains. I am merely pointing out that as conservatives, we have supported our military and police, always saying "thank you for your service", offering a 10% discount, and giving them a place at the head of the table as "defenders."

The reality is that in every major city across America, we saw massive rioting and looting all year long. Most of the time, the police formed a long line, stood silently, and watched.

They watched as people's entire life's work went up in flames as the radical left torched their businesses. They watched as people were beaten and murdered in the streets. They watched as the looters and rioters stole millions of dollars worth of goods.

Then, when they have abandoned the streets, a kid you may have heard of named Kyle Rittenhouse is left alone in a murderous mob to defend his life. He was protecting the community by offering aid and preventing the criminal class from burning businesses. He was doing the job the police are paid to do, but where were the police? They were off doing fuck all, watching from a distance.

Now, you may say "it's not all cops" or "it's because the mayor and police chief told them to stand down" but that is also a line of bullshit. Kyle Rittenhouse went to the front lines and people tried to kill him for it. Now he is still sitting in prison, where the police are keeping him until the same mayor and DA decide to railroad him, at which time, one of the court's police officers will escort him to the kangaroo proceedings.

Just following orders is a coward's way out. What would you think if the police were 75 yards away while you were being beaten in the street and your business torched? Would you still say I am no better than the left for thinking the police YOU PAID FOR should have come to your assistance?

Cops are not a monolithic group.

In DC you're right. In most of the rest if America, you're wrong

because the vast majority are on our side, just not in DC, no need to be divisive about this
