I keep reading conflicting information, with some saying that its nearly impossible to get "votes taken off" by the courts.
Have there been any previous cases where judges were able to take votes off for a candidate?
Or is it more likely, that if Trump was able to provide concrete proof of fraud, that courts would only be able to void the results/certification and turn it over to the House?
I'm not really knowledgeable about law and courts but would appreciate it if anyone could explain how this will work.

They can order fraudulent votes removed or even order an entirely new election.
There are state laws that have to be followed, if they are illegal they must be thrown out.
Say what ? Courts have declared elections void many times, and ordered revotes - as well as throwing out subsets of the previous votes.
No it’s not true. Votes have been overturned before because of fraud. Also this isn’t the first time that neither candidate conceded either. So we will win as long as geotus doesn’t concede. By courts or by the states votes
I think I was watching something and it was Ted Cruz or someone else who was a Constitutional scholar saying the only way that Trump could lose is if he concedes.
That's why they are so desperate to try and force and pressure him into conceding.

At the end of the day, the votes mean nothing, it's all about giving the state legislatures the information they need to determine the election was completely fraudulent in their respective states and then have them appoint Trump electors and/or refuse to certify the vote. If they have the amount of evidence and corruption they claim to have from the Dominion thing, the whole recount the vote thing is just a backup plan.
The plan by Dems is to put pressure on SCOTUS to count all votes vs juts legal votes. Everything they are doing now is to make it like the will of the people is being taken away. But any voting laws can only be changed by State Legislature.
They really need to start teaching Civics in school again and throw out the transgender simester.
The Supreme Court can and has decided elections RE: Bush V Gore 2000 . If the state courts do not follow their laws , then it becomes a federal case .
I thought in Bush V Gore that SCOTUS turned it back to the state?
It seems to me they rigged it so they can't be audited in pa. The ballots are naked with no identifying Mark's. The envelopes where probably discarded. Any incites?
If these things happened, and if the law is followed, these ballots should be invalidated because ALL parts of the ballot, including the envelopes, are supposed to be maintained.
