I really hope they have something better than that. Dr. Shiva's analysis is badly misguided. For example (this is only a small part of the available criticism):
This guys video charts actually support the idea that there was vote switching going on. He's a bit confused about what he's showing us. He shows us that the trend for Biden compared to straight-ticket DEM precincts follows the same trend as Trump compared to straight-ticket GOP precincts. Of course the trends are the same, they have to be because there are only two parties. The mistake he seems to miss with his graphs is that Biden's performance in the GOP precincts out performs Trump's performance in the DEM precincts by 15% on the y-axis. And it's consistently 15% (on the y-axis). Seriously. Check it out.
On the GOP graph, we have these values (25%, 5%), (50%, -10%), (75%, -25%).
On the DEM graph, we have these values (25%, 20%), (50%, 5%), (75%, -10%).
What he needs to be showing is Biden's votes compared to GOP straight-ticket votes. You'll see the anomaly there because Biden's trend line will be going up! That is, Biden will have more votes in the strong GOP districts.
This guy even says at 7:55 in the video that the Biden/DEM trend line is HIGHER. He points out that they're not the same line, but that they are the same slope. Then he says:
That's not the indicator of fraud. The indicator of fraud, apparently, is the downward slope.
He's not considering that the Biden line being higher is the indication of fraud when he graphs Biden to straight-ticket DEM.
Dr. Shiva is saying that if a precinct has 50% GOP straight-ticket and 50% DEM straight-ticket voters, then we should expect both candidates to also have around 50% of the votes. That would mean we'd be at 0% on his y-axis. You can see, that's not the case. Trump's at -10% and Biden is at 5%.

So the algorithm was setup to flip 15% of all straight ticket republican ballots, but only the presidential slot.
