I believe the move needed to happen. Life over limb. All I saw were stomps coming and I've seen instances where that doesn't stop. If I could guarantee scene safety and provide actual care I'd go for sticking around. But outmanned I'm getting my guy and moving.
If they're going to move, they should do it right, though. Maybe someone will see this discussion and go find the correct way to do these things before they need to do it out in the street. My biggest gripe is that we're not organized or prepared for much of anything. People will speak up online line and say they're prepared for this or that, but the videos of these events speak for themselves: the other side is organized and prepared. They aren't busy daydreaming about some future hypothetical war, imagining if they're toting a gun, they're ready for anything. They plan for these events: the circumstances at hand.
