I'm sure others have posted about this here, but I'm thinking this is why they are doing everything they can to get Biden in. There's no way Trump would go along with it, and that would stop them cold in their tracks (and maybe stop it permanently). It would also be incentive for foreign nations to interfere in our elections. Edit typo.
