My prediction is that we'll be far richer in 10 years than we are today because we're not that exposed to the markets and sitting on a mountain of liquidity at the moment. That being said I expect us to be picking up another 220 acres of farmland in the near future at very reasonable prices. I expect we'll pick up another 400 - 500 in the next decade as farmers around us are cash strapped and one bad harvest from having to sell land to stay afloat.
