Then I retract my statement! Here in cold wet Commie York we are limited to 25% total capacity but no worries you can eat outside too!

But haven't you seen how most of those outdoor areas are now enclosures with HARD plastic walls all around them?! It's so insane

Here in CT it is actually mandated that the outdoor seating can only be partially enclosed. I'm a carpenter and we just built a structure for a restaurant. It's about 8 feet wide by 60 feet long, has a tall shed roof, and some knee walls. It's probably about 40% open (which is what I think the regulation states). With the heaters running, it should be comfortable most nights, but on a windy night I don't think it will do the job.

I like framing outside so I am happy for the work, but I really hate all this COVID bullshit I am so sick of it and it doesn't seem to be going away anytime soon. It's starting to really feel like I'm living in a bad dystopian sci-fi movie, at least here in CT, anyway.
