For the farmers, establish a National Grain Reserve to buy up excess production as China drops out of the market, stabilize the farmers' livelihood, and as a long-term benefit weaponize America's agricultural capacity; countries can choose between the NWO or eating.

We have this in Canada, in a sense. We reserve a percentage of our wheat and other grains stored in elevators on the prairies. We actually had at start of covid 4 years worth of wheat stored but what we lacked was flour mills to handle the spike in demand with home cooking and mill shutdowns and such
