Essentially, if courts say no, Trump gets to go to a higher court, until it goes to the supreme court. The supreme court has the ability to not see the case. Unless the election is still contested at the specified time, they are forced to intercede and tell the states to send their electors, even if the results have not been certified.

A lot of these executive orders and things years in the making have led to this moment. You notice Trump said election night "The Democrats are TAKING us to court." Cuck Wallace seemed bemused by that on Faux but I think he was secretly crapping himself. Trump has known what they're playing at and he's ready for them. His legal team has alluded as much.
