There's intentional misinformation out there to get people to think there's no virus at all, when in reality it is a new, most likely man-made virus. I have no doubt that their intention was to release it. They realized at some point after the virus already been released that it was far less deadly than they had hoped. So they spread the story of the deadly virus along with the real, not-so-deadly virus in order to harm the economies of other countries. Who knows what exactly their goal was. Opening up the oceans so they can fish? Continuing to colonize Africa, while everyone else is distracted?
If Iran dropped bombs on another country and they all turned out to be duds, we would still say that they bombed that country. It was attempted, albeit poorly. China released a dud. It failed to explode the way they intended it to. It has killed some elderly people and some already very sick people. The virus is real. It's a shitty Chinese dollar store knockoff of a bioweapon.

If Trump has plans to make certain moves that require him to know for sure of his re-election or not, stretching out the election with lawsuits would prevent him from pulling the trigger on his desired move if he doesn’t win. Being that he only has until mid January if he isn’t re-elected, a plan that would require starting the day after the election wouldn’t be usable if lawsuits chew up a month or better.
I wouldn’t doubt he has a full overview of the options, but it may be a move by the deep state he can’t avoid temporally. Hopefully the plan he has chosen doesn’t hinge on winning the election and is already in progress, If he even has a plan to bring justice to those who seem to have impunity from justice.
He really only has to cast enough doubt for there to be a full audit. That's it. He doesn't technically need to win lawsuits.
