That's their job. But unfortunately they are human and there's no doubt that perception of public opinion may affect their ruling. Especially with such a huge case like a Presidential election. Hopefully these judges don't watch too much MSM.
Yes but Trump DID WIN the majority. He IS the president elect, they also have to realize that the public choose HIM. They would be defying the will of the people in favor of the corporate press reports.
