Knowing that if you rule for Trump, half of the country will probably riot. And if they ignore the Constitution and rule for Biden (the easy choice), there won't be riots, but our side will be pissed.
The easier decision for them is going to be ruling for Biden when you factor in the MSM propaganda and the fact that the left is very violent.

If fear of leftist riots causes the Supreme Court to rule against the constitution then the country is truly lost.
