California should lose all their votes. Make it painful for cheaters.

A bit late don't you think. The fox is hereby prohibited form entering the hen house, but all the chickens are dead.

So what? The election is over. Some judge saying after the fact that you weren't supposed to do that is meaningless if the election stands. The Ds will be happy to repeat this every 4 years.

Like telling a bank robber stealing is illegal after he already robbed the bank

The Judge also included in his remarks that his love for sheep is unnatural.

What is it that people don't get. ONLY the legislature is authorized (by the Constitution, which is basically an 'instruction manual' of how our government is supposed to work) -- only that particular branch of government, the legislature, makes laws. Neither the executive branch (president, governors, etc.) nor the Judicial branch (courts and judges) can make or change law. NONE of them. The Judicial branch is tasked with interpreting law, not making it. It's frustrating that so many people apparently don't know this.

Not my rules, rules of law. And yeah, I know they don't care, but that doesn't mean they win. The law wins, but those who care about the law have to care enough to make sure it's followed.

IIRC, the Cal legislature already passed a new law allowing the mail-in crap, before the court case was decided.

They changed the law to what New-Scum wanted.

It's too late. The missiles left the silo long ago. All the votes are mixed together at this stage. No way to separate the ballots that would be DQ'd.

Than they all have to be DQ. California does not get a vote.

Maybe not. Only count the votes that were done at direct voting sites. Delete all that did not come from those locations. Should be close enough.

There are two problems:

  1. This ruling was not supposed to affect the 2020 election.

  2. Soon after Newsoms's unconstitutional order, the commie CA legislature passed a law very similar to Newsom's EO, authorizing the state to blindly send ballots to every registered voter in the outdated voter rolls, so the sending of fraudulent unsolicited mail-in ballots was legally covered.

OK, thank you

Don't they look different? I know in PA my in person ballot was not even SIMILAR to a mail in ballot. Not even the same shape.
