What is the long game on lockdowns in Dem States?

We all know the Swamp plan well in advance to enact their nefarious activities. Russia, Impeachment, Covid and now the elections.

I believe that pervasive election fraud was coordinated and now they are shitting their pants after Sidney Powell and Rudy are showing up with the receipts.

What I dont understand is the sudden ramping up of the lockdowns in blue cities and states? What is their long game on this? What are they afraid of?

Shut-down/mask mandate for 4 weeks, Covid is miraculously cured, Biden gets credit.

Biden gets credit if they somehow manage to pull this farce election which I believe they wont.

It was a rigged election and I hope Trump is able to prove that.
