Re: the Michigan judge's extensive explanation of their "other recourse" decision: Didn't the Mueller report make similar "doubt-casting" assumptions that, although "finding no Russia collusion", left the door open for the media to continue their Russia narrative in perpetuity? As another commented, is it hopeless to ever clean up the judge situation? Could Trump, if re-elected, replace every federal judge in the country? Would that even fix it? They are truly swamp creatures...
