What type of stuff are you looking for, specifically? What kind of data is in the link?

16
HistoryInvestigator [S] 16 points ago +16 / -0

The 2 links = previous finds that we've been sharing.

We could use manual verifiers but we also need coders, developers, press, legal, etc. to start getting our findings out there. We've been finding a lot of these, Tucker Carlson mentioned some of our findings last week (not sure if one of the lurkers on discord shared it with his team).

Kongol626 13 points ago +13 / -0

We definitely need someone to drive around these places and make sure there's no new building there. We lost 2 cases already because we saw lots of votes go to one address. Then it turned out to be a military base, or dead voters were actually alive. We need to double check our work then stab the establishment with it.

HistoryInvestigator [S] 9 points ago +9 / -0

Would you be able to help us? We need help on discord and maybe people who live local can be boots on ground. We'll send evidence to Trump's team, JW, PV, etc. from there.

If interested DM me for the discord link.

Try to use bing. They sometimes have a newer street view than google.

7
Kongol626 7 points ago +7 / -0

I live in Chicago or else I would drive around and taking pictures. I am on one of the discords searching for dead voters. I have lots of friends in PA but unfortunately they are all democrats and anti-Trump.

HistoryInvestigator [S] 6 points ago +6 / -0

Just curious which discord is it? Not ATE is it? That one was siphoning members and all of the data was coming from ours.

Don't know how to send server link but it's called "The voter integrity project"

I just did a search for a random McDonalds address on this site. https://property.phila.gov/

on the results page I found this.

https://www.opendataphilly.org/dataset/opa-property-assessments/resource/ca89fcd7-9fa4-4b9b-983d-e48e56eca17f

235MB .csv file to download.

it wouldn't open for me just now. maybe a formatting or chartype encoding issue?

I can write a script to automate checking a list of addresses, tho the csv file should be faster if decoded.

now I feel like an autist.

5
PiratePatriot 5 points ago +5 / -0

https://property.phila.gov/ > search results from any address

ACCESS THE RAW DATA You can download property assessment data in bulk.

https://www.opendataphilly.org/dataset/opa-property-assessments

one of these links on the page should be useful to programmatically cross check voter addresses against to find vacant properties.

Properties (CSV) Properties (GeoJSON) Properties (API)

let me know if this is worth spending coder time on.

Have you looked into how homeless register to vote in PA? Specifically, what addresses, if any, are they permitted to use for a voter registration application?

14
HistoryInvestigator [S] 14 points ago +14 / -0

Great question!

We thought about this, and discovered that They are not legally covered and we addressed this in our press memo:

"Some have suggested it could be homeless voters, however an internet search shows that Pennsylvania defines an eligible voter to be a resident. A resident should be “someone who is living and intends to reside in Pennsylvania, with or without a fixed or permanent address. The individual continues to be a resident of Pennsylvania during a temporary absence from this state if he or she intends to return when the purpose of the absence has been accomplished, unless another state determined that the person is a resident there for [the] purpose of Medicaid.”

http://services.dpw.state.pa.us/oimpolicymanuals/ma/323_Residence/323_2_Who_Is_a_Resident.htm

Also, according to a public records search, regarding homeless individuals, 55 Pa. Code § 148.1(a) 55 Pa. Code § 148.3(3) states “A homeless individual is considered to be a resident of Pennsylvania if the CAO [County Assistance Office] can confirm that he or she is physically living in the state. A written statement, from someone who knows the homeless individual, saying that the individual is a resident can be used as proof. The homeless individual does not need to have a permanent address or a fixed residence.

A mailing address is needed for the individual to get the Pennsylvania ACCESS card and other correspondence mailed from the CAO. A mailing address should be one that can be used without threat of the mail being lost or stolen. It can be the address of a friend or relative, a post office box, a social service agency or (as a last resort) the CAO.”

http://services.dpw.state.pa.us/oimpolicymanuals/ma/323_Residence/323_3_Homeless_Persons.htm

Therefore, vacant lots do not appear to fall under homeless protections or qualifications."

blackdudeinresidence 6 points ago +6 / -0

Have you looked at the actual PA voter registration application to see what it says about the homeless population?

6
HistoryInvestigator [S] 6 points ago +6 / -0

https://www.pavoterservices.pa.gov/pages/VoterRegistrationApplication.aspx

Yes and we also found prior records/current records of these voters for most of them. Some of them are property owners, so it doesn't seem like they're homeless.

I understand what you’re trying to do. Throwing in my $0.02 FWIW to reduce the risk of work that may not be used.

I’m licensed to practice in a very liberal state and did so for several years. Got the heck up out of there before it got really bad. While working in the nonprofit arena, I noticed getting homeless individuals registered is something actively done in Dem strongholds. People roam the streets to do it. And statutes are loosely written to let them legally do it.

Probably some illlegal ballots in the mix, but if there are a lot of actual homeless who registered or appear to have registered, and can’t definitively prove abuse in registration, no attorney is going to want to touch that argument, ie throwing out votes for what appears to be homeless individuals. Bad optics.

Good luck in your search.

5
HistoryInvestigator [S] 5 points ago +5 / -0

That's why we have PIs on our team to verify homeless people as well if they're registered or actual owners whose information didn't migrate, etc. But thanks for the advice.

I had this question as well, and it doesn't make sense, but in my experience, Dems will get the necessary statutory language to provide to do things that don't make sense and find a workaround.

One strategy is to go around and register homeless in exchange for food or money (yes, illegal), and then put a mailing address different from the registration address, e.g., lot 142 or something. Some homeless won't care who gets the ballot, since they just got paid for the registration end of the work. Meanwhile, somewhere else the ballots are being collected at a central mailing address (like a shelter or church), completed, and mailed.

This is a great project, I feel like someone with a few hours to spare could write up a python script to plug addresses into google maps and throw a screenshot in a folder.

You guys could spend your time going through screenshots and manually verifying any that are off or just not turned the correct direction, etc.

Parking lot?!? I thought you were looking at abundant houses. That's ridiculous.

7
nermal 7 points ago +7 / -0

I've found over 500K rows in the GA absentee data set where the voter registration number appears more than once.

Also found 1093 voters registered to a building in GA that appears to be an office building (with courthouse).

These may be legit for the dataset, but looks a bit suspect.

this is why tom fitton was suing for accurate voter rolls. if you can just spam 500,000 people into fake addresses and never check cheating is super easy

It would be good to report them to philly and pa IRS

You might be able to automate this somewhat using GIS data. Properties will have a zoning code and listed "improvements." Any voter registered at a non-residential zoned address, or an address with no "improvements" (i.e. buildings) could be flagged as suspect.

IMPORTANT

What happens when you mail something, let's say a mail in ballot, to an deliverable address? What is a postal carrier supposed to do with undeliverable mail left over at the end of a route?

What did they actually do though? Those deliverable mail in ballots got segregated and disappeared into some DNC operative's hands 100%.

Guarantee you that this is a planned conspiracy with postal carriers and the DNC to register people specifically to undeliverable addresses so a minor hiccup with undeliverable mail back in the postal distribution center can get them stacks of mail ins with minimal perceived risk.
