Governor Northam reinstituted TODAY Draconian Covid19 Restrictions which include taking away our gatherings of 250 people and now only allowing 25 ppl or less to meet. This is to intentionally prevent large groups of people from getting together to do a recount or an audit, or to protest his grotesque and unconstitutional governorship.
