tbf if the antibodies don't last then vaccine won't work. If you can get it twice - antibodies don't last. Note also none of this applies on individual level. It only applies to population. Which is also part of the obvious scam they are playing by showing "x person from y city caught it twice" or "x year old teen died of CCPVirus/wuflu" those poeple are unfortunately suffering but extremely rare.
So your telling me its similar to the cold I get like clockwork when the kids go back to school after summer vacation, the flu I get every couple years that the same kids bring home from school around Christmas, and the other cold I get like clockwork in Mid March when it starts warming up again in Ohio?????? Damn the timing........

To be fair, it would definitely suck to have an entirely new period of time where getting sick becomes common.
