Its like the poll worker puts in 30k for trump 10k for biden when biden leads 5k electronically. And it's all one big dump. Now imagine multiple dumps like that from different areas. They did not account for a lead this big that the tail end fucked everything up.

Software only kicks in if they are close percentage wise. They had to dump massive amounts to get it to activate. Then it took over.
