It started as ACTUAL landlords like me and we would chat about real things........ it was then Taken over as a Biden sub......... Biden is TERRIBLE for Landlords but they kept pushing it.... That sucks. They keep trying to turn every sub into an echo chamber because any one that isn't will eventually drift into more open speech. I'm thinking of becoming a landlord, so something like that could be useful to me.

Yeah. Can't buy anything here. I can buy a place elsewhere. I have a thousand dollar rent that is just burning through what I get monthly. I could save thousands just by buying a place somewhere else. If it needs some fixing, a year's rent saved can fix it up perfectly. I don't even need the main house. This makes sense for me.
