I heard some grumblings that Dominion also were handling the data for COVID 19 cases and/or deaths. Not sure if it's legit, but that's what I heard.

I was joking the other day that the voting machines were counting China Virus cases. I guess jokes should always be taken seriously or looked at, in Clown World 2020.
Did some cursory checking, doesn't appear connected at all. For one, Dominion Diagnostics' website and company are older than voting by 2 years. Dominion voting got started after the Help America Vote Act of 2002 (tons of money to these companies to try and prevent another hanging chad recount fiasco). Diagnostics is based in the US, and is just way too slick and competent to be related to this mess.

Check the replies in this one. A guy cross referenced the two Dominion's and although they aren't "the same", they're both owned by the same equity firm. Massive ties to the Clinton Foundation....

Covid results do exactly what the media / gov need them to do. Theres no way to "audit the vote" with covid tests. It's the narrative's magic wand.
