Anyone know why the PA lawsuit dropped the part claiming people were not allowed to watch the count??? Seems serious.

I don't know why they would. I saw a video of the observers being thrown out -- so there is certainly proof.

I believe the legal team debunked this. The amended filing incorporated by reference certain paragraphs from the original filing, including the lack of access for watchers.

Media doesn’t know how to read legal filings.

I would say it’s pretty serious doesn’t bode well even if they do win there the vote count wouldn’t overturn anything.
