I'm starting to think we need an "Employee Bill of Rights". Companies should not be able to monitor what you do on your time. They damn sure shouldn't be able to force or bully you into reporting a medical condition.
I'm fine if people want to volunteer it. I'm not fine with requiring it or bullying people into providing it. Anything should have an opt out, other than legal resident status.

Screw your boss. He has no control of your life. I work as an operator in a big company. They think they can tell employees how to think and act. They even tell you which way to park your car in the car park. I take their money, never do overtime, avoid the suits, never attend meetings, and if anyone asks outside of work I tell them they are a shite company who are full of crap. cant stand corporate company men and their brown nosing up the ladder.

We already have this - us constitution. Stop watering it down by saying we need something else. We need to actually abide by that.

well you can just say no, you arent being forced. yes it may cost employment but they cant force you.
