They treat us like children. Unless you're on the clock, none of their business what you do.

Oh! 'another state' is still in the USA isn't it, or did I miss something overnight! /s

I'm glad I'm retired. All this shit would get me into a whole heap of trouble.

I'm starting to think we need an "Employee Bill of Rights". Companies should not be able to monitor what you do on your time. They damn sure shouldn't be able to force or bully you into reporting a medical condition.

I'm fine if people want to volunteer it. I'm not fine with requiring it or bullying people into providing it. Anything should have an opt out, other than legal resident status.

We already have this - us constitution. Stop watering it down by saying we need something else. We need to actually abide by that.

That's generally my answer for most things related to the government. Which part of the Constitution applies to private corporations forcing you to provide what should be protected information? Not a rhetorical question. I'll be more than happy to be wrong and add one more "it's already in the Constitution" to my list.

Women in power caused this.

WTF?

They want you to report your whereabouts when you're off the clock?

That cannot be legal...can it?

It doesnt matter what excuse they use. This still should not be legal. If you dont comply will you be fired?

What legal rights will we have if they find a covid 20, 21, 22...if it never ends, where do we draw the line on freedom?

They now know we will submit to tyranny because we are afraid. If jobs can force you to report crossing state lines, government will follow.

This is probably one of the most frightening things Ive heard to date.

I assumed you wouldn't go along with it. Im just floored that a company was this bold.

All I wanted to do was see a Trump rally but I'd need to use 2 weeks vacation just for one day.

Might do it for inaugauration, this Canadian wants in on the deplorable festivities.

Well boss it was like this....I went from the state of health and wellness to the state of anger when I heard your ridiculous request....do I have to stay home now?

Screw your boss. He has no control of your life. I work as an operator in a big company. They think they can tell employees how to think and act. They even tell you which way to park your car in the car park. I take their money, never do overtime, avoid the suits, never attend meetings, and if anyone asks outside of work I tell them they are a shite company who are full of crap. cant stand corporate company men and their brown nosing up the ladder.

Yup that’s the rule now. Straight fascism nothing you can do from the employee level, because it’s state law/order right now.
