I would like to give some information how they conduct elections in Turkey, where I am originally from, and where I participated in the elections.
3 months before election, everyone receives their location of voting. If you have to change it, you have to go to your city council, inform that you moved from your previous place. They alllocate you to a new place. this ends 1 month prior to election. All schools whether private or public turns into election places. every class room in these schools have ballots, and in your papers, even the classroom you should vote for is designated. no bullshit to happen. then during the election day you go to that school and that specific classroom with your national ID or passport(having a NATIONAL ID is mandatory and without that you cannot even open a bank account back there). those who are in responsible of the ballot is a teacher, from a different school. (they learn where they are allocated one week before election so no bullshit could take place). then you put your signature on the file these individuals have in front of them. after you sign that, you're good. then they give you the ballot and a pen. you fill your ballot, put into the envelope, and put into the ballot box in front of everyone. no one sees who you voted for because you vote in a cabin, alone!.
Then when they start counting the ballots; every party has a representative in each classroom in whole country. if you do not believe them, the constitution allows you to go to the classroom you went to, and see if anything extraordinary occurs.
This is a country where electoral participation is over %85, and a country which is less developed than U.S.A.
Let's say you do not live in Turkey, then you have to go to consulate or the embassy in the country you're located in, and you vote there.
It is mind boggling how they are conducting elections in our country, USA...
The whole system is designated for conducting a fraud...
At the end, anyways, i believe President Trump already won the election and truth will appear when God decides the right time. God bless.
Also there is no absentee no mail in and no early voting. There is the election day, which changes every election time, but it is always a national holiday.
Some people might say that in USA there are rural areas and implement such a thing might be hard. In Turkey there are rural areas that are on the southern border where terrorism is prevalent. Military helps everybody over there to ensure everyone have the possibility to vote. The national guard can do the same.
