The smartest man I ever worked with was a black engineer. His two daughters received scholastic scholarships. One to Penn State, one to William & Mary. He treated the guys in maintenance great. (I was a pipefitter). He never "bird dogged" us, although he loved to come around and talk sports. I haven't seen him since I retired, but I bet he's based.
