They report they're happy with the change in the first 3 years but THEN THEY STOP REPLYING BC THEY REALIZE THEY ARE STILL THEIR ORIGINAL GENDERS THAT GOD CREATED THEM OUT TO BE DESPITE ALL THE SURGERIES. That's why 40% of them kill themselves. Bc they hate who they are and realize after a while they turned themselves into disgusting abominations of humanity.
