I disagree with this line of reasoning strongly, it sounds like radical feminist inspired crap, like anything that has a penis or ever had a penis is just a sexual predator waiting to happen. It is just man hating from a different angle. It implies if you had unisex bathrooms all the men would just be in there raping little girls. Bathroom segregation by gender did not become common practice over safety concerns, so it hasnt magically turned into one now.
The left operates in a vacuum of facts and logic, lets not be like them, there is no actual factual basis for saying trannies and cross dressers are a danger to kids, and it is a distraction from much bigger issues, the right to freedom of speech is far bigger and more foundational than your bathroom preferences(there is no right to a public bathroom that meets your liking). Without free speech we could lose all pf our rights eventually. No such domino effect comes from letting people tinkle where they want. What i would like to see is companies make their stands without legal action threatened from either direction, and then you can choose where to do business accordingly and if conoanies see hits to their pocketbook they will go the other way. If target wants to let people go where they want you can not shop there or not take the kids there, etc.
Most modern builders are incorporating family bathrooms in with the traditional mens and womens bathrooms anyway because they were always a problem for parents.
