I’m 57 years old. I have seen some of the camps in Europe and I have visited the National Holocaust Museum in DC.
The striking thing about the museum is the first 1/3 displays and describes the political environment of Germany after WW1 and how Hitler (who was a criminal and a thug) wormed his way into government and how he slowly began to influence the narrative through media and disinformation.
The old adage of those who don’t know their history are destined to repeat it rings so very true today.
IMHO, the mask of today is the yellow star of yesterday...
Thankyou Bee an actual answer, could you elaborate on how hitler wormed his way in the government at all ? I’m aware of the propaganda side of things and that why I’m asking I’m only 22 I don’t want to be misguided by people here who would claim hitler was in some way good.

Why cause I ask questions look at my last post I was talking about sanctions and other members started trying to claim the Jews where the worst thing ever that they where responsible for 3,500 years of raping children if that was the common consensus here I was going to leave this site, I can see it’s not it’s only a small part that is anti-Semitic and or racist.
You have to remember, Germany was the big loser in WW1. The country was broke (both in spirit and monetarily) and very demoralized. Hitler took advantage of that situation.
As far as masks vs yellow star, Hitler made all the Jews wear a yellow star. Initially, the Jews did so because the “government” told them to...not realizing it was going to be a symbol that led to their deaths. Wearing a mask, just because someone who professes to be a health authority tells you to (and local “governments” enforce the measure)...even after other health experts say it doesn’t stop the virus...is a red flag for me. It’s a test perpetrated by subversives in our government to see which sheep will blindly submit to their bullshit.
