The big difference here is the preponderance of evidence from all these swing states. I believe L. Lin Wood has a strong case here, but the judge it is going in front of is Totenberg, I believe, and she is a ultra liberal, Obama pick. However, I believe it could go to SCOTUS.

Another possibility is the GA legislature picks Trump electors based on the amount of evidence of fraud

that's really not a possibility. That would require all the elected Republicans to suddenly drop balls of steel on the assembly floor and decide to unilaterally challenge the entire establishment.

I could buy maybe 1 or 2 of them having that kind of grit, but not overwhelming majority of 104 of them. Especially if you consider that every one that doesn't decide to go all out like that, will likely be voting against rather than abstaining.

And I am not trying to predict the future here - we can judge that possibility based on the past. Republican's had majority and could have prevented all the bullshit Trump's lawyers are *now complaining about, before the election.

It's akin to expecting the same lazy cowards that allowed the enemy to overrun your castle walls with zero resistance, to suddenly sally out and win you the war.

It is a possibility but it would require thousands of us getting on the phone and demanding it. I know many, including myself, who have been hammering them since last week.

They don't care about calls but they will care about demonstrations
