Why hasn’t some powerhouse law firm latched onto this and started a series of class action lawsuits against companies that are forcing this policy? Stores, airlines, anything open to the public…

What would be a good circuit to start this federal class action lawsuit in?

I’m supposed to fly in a week, I can’t wear a mask, plus they are not sterile unless they are single use/indiv packaged and opened with sterile gloves.

Then the airlines should definitely allow an accommodation for you. And if they don't, sue the pants off of them.

Edit: I should add, it seems that "accommodation" has morphed into "here, wear this gay face shield"

My dilemma: not traveling alone, already paid, would affect the entire trip for 6 people. Just the fact I have to worry about it is Orwellian/retarded.

The ADA also covers psyche conditions and hearing impaired, but I am really under a doctors care.

What airline if I may ask? I know some are insanely pushy about the masks where others seem to be more accommodating. For me the worst part about the mask BS is that even if a business says "okey dokey" it's all the NPC brainless idiots that end up piling on you for not wearing one and won't listen to the possible legit reasons.

American, that might end up being ironic. I think I’ll get a dr note as backup

Dang, American is probably the worst for this. They don't allow any mask exemptions. I had to review their info and to them, "reasonable accommodation" is "make alternative travel arrangements" 🤦‍♂️ Those assholes!
