If you're motivated by positive feedback then use that drive to uncover some uniquely crucial information that everyone will really value. I hope that doesn't come off as sarcastic because I'm being sincere here. Everyone has their strengths, some people contribute a lot here by proposing theories and thought experiments. Find your strength, work hard at what element you excel in and you will be recognized for it.
