This post will probably get zero traction and I'll be bombarded with attacks but I dont understand why being a Trump loving Republican requires us all to not want to not get sick or get others sick. Why cant we wear masks even if the mitigation is marginal its still something. I dont necessarily believe in lockdowns but restrictions on gatherings isn't that illogical is it? I understand we dont want to lose our freedoms so how about this do it willingly and you lose no freedom. I dont know I feel like there must be a way for both freedom and the ability to stop this virus to coexist. I'm a pede doing my part to slow the spread and I hope you all are too.

Here's my best answer to your question: Show me one double-blind, scientific study that suggests wearing a mask mitigates your risk of transmitting or receiving covid 19.
There's a reason that agencies that are involved with health regulations, like OSHA, refuse to include these masks in the personal protective equipment (PPE) category, and that reason is simply because they are not protective, and labeling them as such would lead to legal liability every time someone wearing a mask catches covid.
We all merely think that you're an uneducated person with a better-than-thou attitude. Basically, you wreak of a libtard and not a "Trump Republican." We all think you're bluffing.
