I don't think so. Ballot images can be deleted as another "feature" and I believe they were in most of these places, so there is no record of the input to the machines (which is illegal). Paper ballots can just be faked as their chain of custody is tainted.
Probably not. In GA, they are using the machines to tablulate the votes in their "hand" recount. They only use their hands to sort the ballots into stacks of Trump or Biden votes, then put the stacks in the machines, which count and tally the votes.
